One year olds can be so challanging! They are always on the move and in the studio there's just so much new to see and do! But boy are they cute! I had a great time with Miss Grace last week. She was just a little lovebug.

I am feeling so much happier now that I'm able to work in the studio again. This mommy-to-be was just so pretty. That's really the word that comes to mind...pretty. Physically pretty and also has such a pretty spirit..and a pretty belly! I know it sounds weird...but her baby belly was perfect for photographing! I enjoyed this session so much.

special wedding to us...

Of course every wedding that we have the honor to shoot is special but this one especially so because we have a history with the bride.We've known her since she was 6 years old. So it was especially poignant for Pat and I, both, to share such a special day for this bride and groom (and their friends and families). We knew Summer was special but now we know in our hearts that she found the perfect man for her. Jason is the sweetest guy and we just love them both!

Besides, ...how you help but have a good time with a bride with this much personality?..

So I've been feeling a little out of sorts with moving and trying to get settled into the new house/studio. And I'm just now starting to get back into a semi-regular "routine" with my work. I was so happy in the studio with this sweet, little baby. I had done the pregnancy and newborn photos previously so it was a nice way to begin in the new studio with a client that I was already familiar and comfortable with. It felt so good!
